Arrived quickly, well packaged, but had to sadly return these slippers I bought for my son as, although he has always had size 14, these slippers came up longer and wider. However, must give credit and say they looked good quality, comfortable and hard wearing for the money. Would have changed them for a 13, but felt it would have been a waste of time as too wide.
